By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Jax, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jax. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have not been previously banned from using the Service

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Jax, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Jax ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
• Violates the privacy or rights of others

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. We may suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Jax in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Collecting user information without consent

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Jax and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jax and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
